In order the practise the idea of Relational Aesthetics, I printed some postcards for the exhibition.
People will be asked to roll the dice on the table, and multiply the numbers they have got. i.e. 6 x 6 = 36. Then the 36th postcard be will given to the person.
This is an opportunity for my to extend my 36 Photographs by Chance project. The value exchange will be generated by the act of giving the postcards away. My idea is to see how many people will post the postcard back to me (my address is on the back, but it is my HK address lol). If I got some postcard in HK, then I will continue the study of chance and extend the project once again. Indeed, I'm utilising Mr. Chance once again, haha.
All the postcards are ready to go. The only thing that I'm not feeling is that some postcards' colour are not correct. And I don't have extra budget to reprint it. The postcards are give-away anyway so, could care less. But if I have my own exhibition, I would definitely reprint it.
