以功修禪 means practicing Zen from everything in daily life. After watching this movie I realised my "art-practice" leaded me to understand what is the meaning of life. Of course regarding of my life, not yours!
If you ask me what is Zen, I would say I don't know how to explain, but I know what exactly it is. In true, the definition of Zen is wordless perception with apprehension.
