For some people, particular in Asian countries (at least for me, lol), pornography somehow always relates to pixel. Perhaps the reason is, most of the adult movies from the largest pornography country - Japan, where only provides adult movies with mosaic covered the sex organs. It's seemingly that the blurrier for the viewer, the sexier they will feel. The typical example is the nude series by Thomas Ruff.
