David LaChapelle is suing the sing Rihanna over the music video for her song S&M. From the above image, we can see the how similar they are. If the MV is produced by a production company not by Rihanna, perhaps David should sue the production company instead. Well I feel sorry for David, but when I watch the S&M video, its visual quality is not as power as David's still images. Plus, everyone's creativity is basically copying others, or reproducing the old stuffs. It is hard to say "my works is original". And I believe in creativity is based upon simulation.
