You might want to say with nowadays technology, it should be an easy job. But hey, I don't believe this sort of jobs can be done by a teenager, because he has no idea of the old fashion stuffs, especially the dress code and their facial expression (usual being a serious face or anxiety). If the retoucher isn't old enough and don't have the sense of the old trend, he will never be able to reconstruct the pictures and bring the imagery back to life. Respect !!
