I've seen many people sketching, painting, drawing with their tablets and iPad, but there isn't really an app for photo-retouching.
Adobe has a new app for tablet called Photoshop Touch. It will first arrive to the Google android then roll out to the iOS. If you've never used Photoshop on PC or Mac, or you're not familiar with the new Photoshop Touch interface as well as its functions, no worries! A great collection of tutorials are sitting there and waiting for you. You can work with the pictures that you've just taken and from your photo library. You can also download the images from Google and Facebook albums and work on the images you want. Another thing I have to mention is that the built-in select tool is super powerful. By watching the demo video your mind will be blown.

As the iCloud launched couple day ago, Adobe is preparing its Carousel to push the idea of cloud computing a little bit foreward. It's not only syncing photos, but also the revised versions will be synced amongst your various devices. Sounds very cool...
