Just made a lamp with lot of film cassettes that I had collected in year 1999. I was a Print Operator working at a Print Shop in Tai Koo Shing. During the analog film-processing era, I was keen to collect a variety of unique film cassettes, and wished one day I can make an art work by using this material. I didn't realise that day is 12 year later. I started to make an lamp with these aged film cassettes at 10PM on the last day of year 2011 and ended it in year 2012. This lamp is truly meaningful to me and I will talk about why in the next article.
